Sexual abuse happens to both men and women. Confronting sexual abuse pain is unbearable. The emotions are raw, leading to self-blame and sometimes isolation.
Having been in your shoes from my own experience, I can assure you that it was not your fault, and you are not out of your mind – healing is possible though it takes a lot of work.
